Thanks for choosing Monarch Community Bank as your Commercial Lender. In order to expedite the loan approval process may we suggest that you include the following information in your Business Plan for new loan applications:  

Business Specifics Section

  • Include: your full business name, business registration, business history, business description, company's legal structure, Business License and Federal ID Number
  • Copies of Articles Incorporation or Partnership Agreement

Financial Section

  • Amount of request
  • Purpose of request specifics like invoices and purchase agreements should be included
  • Business financial statements (accountant prepared are recommended) for the past 3 years or next 3 years of projections if a new business
  • Statements/projections to include a balance sheet and income and expense statement and statement of cash flow
  • Personal financial statements for each principal owning more than 30% of the business
  • Individual personal tax returns of the principals for the past 3 years
  • Personal Financial Statement (PDF Requires Adobe Acrobat)
