WARAN (WARRANT)

Warrants are the right to buy shares of an industry at a price that has been determined in advance by the issuer or issuer of the warrant. Warrants are generally issued at the same time as the IPO of a stock. The benefit is as a sweetener, to attract investors to want to buy the latest shares (sweetener). Like stocks, warrants are also traded on the money market, as a result the owner of the warrant can also find profit (capital gain) if the costs face an escalation. Characteristics of Warrants, is the accumulation of graph W at the end of the issuer's stock signal: illustration of MEDC-W, BRPT-W, CMNP-W, and so on

Pre-emptive Rights (Preemptive Rights) are rights (Rights) obtained by old shareholders to accept a prior consent if the industry wishes to issue new shares. Rights have a limit on the duration of repayment. If you do not redeem to buy the new shares, then the Rights will expire, eventually the percentage of share ownership will be diluted. Rights can also be traded. However, it can only be traded in the Cash Market and the Negotiation Market in stage I. ETF(EXCHANGE TRADED FUND)

ETF is a Budget Mutual Fund in the form of a Crowded Capital Contract or KIK (Contract for printing Budget Mutual Funds with a custodian bank).
